I first moved to Virginia Beach in 1968.  I have worked in the housing industry here in Hampton Roads since 1980; first as a carpenter building new single and multi-family homes, then as a home renovation and repair specialist in the ‘90’s.  I have been buying and selling real estate as an investor since 1998.  I first held my real estate license from 1987-1989 and more recently since early 2003 and I love what I do for a multitude of reasons.  Perhaps the most obvious is the satisfaction that comes from helping people realize their dreams and satisfy their real estate needs.  From selling your house or finding the property that suits you, all the way to closing, I stay on top of every aspect of the real estate transaction to ensure the transfer of property is as hassle free as possible.
