First Time Homebuyers

I help educate and spend the necessary time with each client, ensuring they feel comfortable with their decision in purchasing a new home. In addition, I attempt to absorb the majority of the stress involved in the transaction process.

Military Background

I retired from the U. S. Navy, so I understand the stress and challenges involved with moving every few years.  During my 20-year Navy career, I made eight geographic moves, including a two tours overseas. More than half of my business is currently spent taking care of clients who are currently serving in uniform and/or their families.

Relocation

The assistance to my clients goes beyond the local area. I help my clients get settled into new areas by referring them to RE/MAX agents throughout the world. This is just one extra step I take to ensure my clients are taken care of for life. Moving from California to Texas or anywhere else in the world? Property Management

I help investors and clients with the rental management of their properties. This is another way of providing clients with one-stop shopping for their residential real estate needs.

Commercial Real Estate

Although I don't personally manage or sell commercial real estate, I refer clients and customers to a REALTOR with the experience to assist them.
