Origanaly from New York City Joe move to Virginia Beach when he was 15.  He attended Virginia Beach Middle Shcool, and First Colonial High School.  After high school he spent one year at Hargrave military Academy in there PG progam.  He then went on to play football at Virginia Tech.  In 1997 after graduation, he spent a few years working in the his family in the restaurant business.  Shortly after he recieved his Real Estate License in 2000.  Joe has spent most of his adult life in the Hampton Roads area, and is quite familiar with the area.
