What’s with the parrot in drag? When I first became a Realtor, I was told the more successful Realtors had a "label" that people associated them with: guy with balloon, guy with parachute, lady with hats and finally man with his own infomerical.

I had the bird kicking around for the last 10 years of my Air Force career, (Retired Air Force) and had got a lot of miles and laughs with it, so when I brought it in to the Real Estate office for the first time I got the weirdest stares until I explained that my "label" was the" Pirate Realtor", and that this was my parrot, always vigilant and faithful. The bird and the label continue to get the laughs around the office, and customers do enjoy the whole story. Being a Realtor, I enjoy doing what I do, that is helping you and your family buy or sell your home. Moving has enough of it’s own stress, so why not deal with a Realtor who you can enjoy.
