Mary's first year working real estate was extremely eventful. She started at GSH Real Estate and was awarded Rookie of the Year. After a few years she moved to ReMax Allegiance. While working at ReMax, she became an Associate Broker; and earned the accreditations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative); and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute). She also became a member of the 100% Club and the Hampton Roads Realtor Association's Circle of Excellence. 
Mary's enthusiasm for working in real estate and providing excellent customer service is vast. Throughout her career, she has acknowledged that the industry and the customer's needs and desires were changing. Wanting to keep up with the changes, she began looking for a better way to provide the full services of a Realtor® to customers for a reasonable fee. The Assist2Sell Full Service with $avings concept was a perfect fit. In May 2005 she opened an Assist2Sell franchise in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach.

In January 2010 Mary opened Hunter Realty. Her agents provide superior customer service to buyers and sellers. Giving buyers and sellers what they need for the right price is the right thing to do - and she plans on doing it for a long time.
