Brian Brian is originally from Virginia Beach and knows the area very well.  He holds an A.S. Degree in General Studies and likes to play pool, go fishing, running, and attend concerts.  Growing up in Va Beach was an amazing experience for him because of the many activities that Hampton Roads has to offer.  These unique experiences helped develop Brian into who he is today…The Musician, The Soldier, and The Realtor. The Musician  Brian has played the saxophone for over 15 years.  He studied music at the VA Governor’s School for the Arts and was selected as Tenor Saxophonist for both the Virginia All-State Concert and Jazz Bands two years in a row.  He has performed all over the US in various rock, jazz, marching, and concert bands with artists including Chris Vadala, Lou Rawls, and opened up for Kenny Garrett, Pat Martino, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Carbon Leaf.  Brian is currently a Staff Sergeant in the Army Reserve's 80th Division Band and plays in other rock/pop bands around the Hampton Roads area.    The Soldier  Brian has served for over 8 years as a Saxophone Player in the US Army.  He challenged himself from day 1 of Basic Training to be the very best.  Brian quickly rose to the top of the Army Band field by earning the “C1” certification recognizing him as the best of the best of military musicians.  The burning desire didn’t end there.  Brian volunteered to serve in the famous 82D Airborne Division for 4 years.  During his tour with the 82D, he was quickly promoted to Sergeant with less than 1.5 years total service.  His next challenge was to become a Jumpmaster…one of the hardest schools in the US Military.  After many hours of relentless practice and studying, Brian earned the coveted title of Jumpmaster and has performed duties on several Airborne Operations.  He also served with the 82D in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and with the Army Ground Forces Command in Atlanta, GA.  His military awards include The Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Senior Parachutist Badge, German Parachutist Badge as well as various other awards and decorations. The Realtor Brian started investing in real estate at the age of 23.  He spent hours studying books and systems while learning as much as possible from every source.  After leaving Active Duty, Brian decided to share his real estate knowledge by helping other people buy and sell homes in Hampton Roads.  His foundation for success was built in the Army as a Soldier, Squad Leader, and Jumpmaster.  He has been in the most challenging situations and has the experience and tenacity to quickly find the best solution.  He is well-known by his clients and peers for his rational thinking and innate ability to provide sound advice in the toughest situations.  Brian’s clients love working with him and are always excited about referring their family and friends to him.
