In this down market, selling can sometimes be a very frustrating ordeal. Pricing your home correctly is the number one factor in a home's likelihood of selling. As I mention in my mission statement, I will not tell you the price you want to hear just to get your business like many of my competitors do. That may make you happy in the beginning, but never comes with a happy ending and a 'SOLD' sign. I will always be honest and tell you the truth, even if it hurts. I believe my honesty is one reason that much of my business comes from referrals.

I know from personal experience how emotionally charged it can be to have to make that phone call and think rationally.
