Retired US Navy Dear Mr. Zachary, (President-Rose & Womble Realty) It is with great pleasure I write to you regarding the outstanding sales service we received from your organization and one of your agents, Charlie Laurens. Last Spring I decided to start preparing my Virginia Beach townhouse for sale in 1998. The townhouse was a rental unit being managed by Rose & Womble at the time. The management people put me in touch with Charlie. Charlie was enthusiastic, forthright, and honest in telling me what needed to be done and what the market was doing. He was unfazed by the fact the property was a year from being on the market.. Because of Charlie's honesty and enthusiasm and his professional experience with the contracting world, I feel I received first class service at reasonable prices in preparing the property. We worked together to establish a reasonable listing price and to identify key selling features for marketing the property. Within 10 days of listing he had a contract. Although this buyer did not qualify, within a week of release, another buyer was found. Getting to closing was no picnic for various reasons beyond Charlie's or my control. Even when the road was rough, Charlie always kept me honestly apprised of the situation and let me know what my options were. I felt it was through Charlie Laurens' efforts and much prayer to the good Lord (on both our parts) that my townhouse closed last Thursday! In closing thank you again for your Company's fine service and the wonderful job Charlie Laurens did for us.
